Brampton's new Official Plan guides growth to 2051, sending most new homes to multi-unit housing in centres, corridors and transit station areas rather than new low-density subdivisions. Key moves include a downtown/Uptown central business district on the LRT, Riverwalk and Shoppers World as a district centre.
