Brampton's resale detached average was $1,020,556 in August 2026 (see Brampton home prices by type). Where a new detached home starts relative to that number tells you a lot about each area. Here is how the current releases break down, neighbourhood by neighbourhood. Each project name links to its full page on PreconMap, which has the floor plans, the price list on request and the map.
Northeast: Mayfield Village and Countryside
This area has more detached releases selling right now than any other area on this list: the land north of Countryside Drive up to Mayfield Road, between roughly Airport Road and Torbram Road. Most releases are double-car detached homes, plus a few townhome collections.
| Project | Builder | Home types | Starting price | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mayfield Village | Regal Crest Homes | Detached, townhomes | From $839,900 | Selling |
| Navera | DiGreen Homes | Detached (38', 41', 45' lots) | From $999,999 | Selling |
| The Bright Side at Mayfield Village | Remington Homes | Detached, townhomes | From $1,012,381* | Selling |
| Mayfield Village | CountryWide Homes | Detached, townhomes | From $1.2M | Selling |
| Mayfield Village | Aspen Ridge Homes | Detached, townhomes | From $1,209,990 | Selling |
| Maya Urban Towns | LIV Communities | Semis, townhomes | From $559,990 | Selling |
| Countryside Urban Towns | Rosehaven Homes | Townhomes | From $499,990 | Launching soon |
What stands out: several builders sell next to each other in Mayfield Village. That lets you compare lot widths, included features and closing dates side by side before you choose. Detached starting prices here sit close to the city's resale detached average, so the case for buying new rests on getting a brand-new home and a newer layout at about the same price.
East: Castlemore, Claireville and the Caledon border
Brampton East around Castlemore Road and The Gore Road is the other busy area for detached releases. North of Mayfield Road the releases cross into Caledon.

| Claireville Modern Towns | Royal Pine Homes | Townhomes | Not released | Registration |
Northwest: Mount Pleasant and Northwest Brampton
This is the area around Mount Pleasant GO, Mississauga Road and Sandalwood Parkway. Most of what is selling is condos, stacked towns and townhomes, so entry prices are low. Being close to the GO line is a large part of the appeal.

West Brampton near the Credit River valley is the top of the market for new detached homes. Starting prices run from about $1.1 million to over $1.5 million, well above the city's resale detached average. Buyers here are usually paying for ravine and valley settings, larger homes, and quick access to Highway 401 and 407 and to Mississauga.

How I would use this list
- Start with the area, not the builder. Commute, schools and how quickly an area fills in shape resale value more than any single builder does. Our Brampton Plan 2051 guide shows where the city is planning its next growth.
- Compare a "from" price like for like. A starting price is the lowest home the builder has released. In a mixed community that is often a townhome, not a detached home. Always ask for the full price list.
- Budget for closing costs. New homes in Brampton carry development charges and levies that resale homes don't. See Brampton development charges explained.
- Investing? Run the rent against the carrying cost first with our Brampton cash-flow guide.
Questions people ask
Where are new detached homes cheapest in Brampton right now?
Detached starting prices are lowest in the northeast (Mayfield Village) and in Brampton East around Castlemore. Published "from" prices there run from roughly $840,000 to $1 million. The lowest of those may be townhomes in mixed communities, so check the detached price on each price list.
Which Brampton areas have pre-construction condos?
Mount Pleasant (MontVert, Future Brampton Condominiums, Primont Place), Downtown (Bristol Place), the Queen Street corridor (Bramalea Square) and Fletcher's Creek South (DUO Condos).
